We have produced a mailing for the pensioner members of both Tyne and Wear Pension Fund and Northumberland County Council Pension Fund to share information about the Help using your mypension account online service.

We have now launched our online pension service for members of both the Tyne and Wear Pension Fund and Northumberland County Council Pension Fund. To access your member record, future Statements and our online services you must first register for your mypension account using the mypension registration guide.
