Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

 

South Tyneside Council buildings will be closed between Christmas and New Year. The Pension Fund offices will close at 12.30pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and will reopen at 10.00am on Thursday 2 January 2025.

 

Our Pensions Helpline (0191 424 4141) will close at 12.30pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and will reopen at 9.00am on Thursday 2 January 2025.

 

Members of the Tyne and Wear Pension Fund can still access their mypension accounts during the closed period.
