Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
South Tyneside Council buildings will be closed between Christmas and New Year. The Pension Fund offices will close at 12.00pm on Friday 22 December 2023 and will reopen at 10.00am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
Our Pensions Helpline (0191 424 4141) will close at 12.00pm on Friday 22 December 2023 and will reopen at 9.00am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
Members of the Tyne and Wear Pension Fund can still access their mypension accounts during the closed period.
